| Biography | Award-winning author Joe Cooke lives with his wife and two children in Walla Walla, Washington.
In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant with a graduate degree in taxation, Mr. Cooke holds a law degree from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
Besides his ongoing work on both fiction and nonfiction books, he is a frequent contributor to local, regional and national publications on a wide variety of topics – from business and real estate to spirituality and childbirth.
His writing awards include:
2005 Writer's Digest International Self-Published Book Awards - Honorable Mention in the Genre Fiction category for the Sci/Fi epic ELYSEN. Note: Writer’s Digest chooses one first-place winner from 316 genre fiction entrants and five honorable mentions. More than 1,500 writers entered the contest.
