Duncan was born in Shirley Arkansas June 27 1940. He went to various schools across the states and finally ended up in Clinton Ar. He joined the Navy 21 Aug. 1958 and stayed 20 years. While in the Navy he got interested in writing and has been writing sci fi and mystery since 1977. Now he's a retired Sailor who lives on a small 15 acre farm in Northern Arkansas. He has a wife (Sarah) and five daughters, and 12 grand children.
