Only You by Bella Attard
I look at the sun, radiant and beautiful
But then.. I remind him of your face
And he goes to hide between the rays.
I look at the sea, infinite and never changing
But then.. I remind him of your eyes
And he evaporates into whispers.
I look at the sky on a starry night
But then.. I remind it of your smile
And it saddens forever.
I look at the horizon, fascinating
But then.. I remind it of your existence
And it is lost in hopes and dreams.
Only you are on my mind,
Only you capture my heart
All the wonders of the world are never enough
to describe your uniqueness.
I love you and always will, no matter what.
Not even death can bring an end.
Because I believe in eternity.
