I Cry For America by Suzanne Avino-Brittain
I cry for america the red, white, and blue
I cry for the families and all they've been through.
I cry for the heroes and all that they lost
I cry that they paid the ultimate cost.
I cry for the people who thought it was just another day
I cry as I remember how they were taken away.
I cry for the people aboard those planes
I cry for the volunteers who cleared the remains.
I cry that I no longer feel safe at home
I cry that my government allowed terrorists to freely roam.
I cry that they believe they've won
I cry that they want to kill everyone.
I'll cry today and I'll cry tomorrow
I'll cry forever until they're removed from power.
I CRY FOR AMERICA...
