She tried to calm herself down, she was getting really scared. She was starting to wonder if someone or something else was in this place with herMaybe she should take a look around, she would certainly put herself at ease,if she could finnd out what it was..Sarah mustered up all her courage and started for the stairs. As she looked up,even the stairs seemed imposing. They were wide enough that four people could walk side by side. The Martins sure did like things grandiose. She listened very carefully, not hearing anything, started up the stairs, taking them one at a time, trying not to make any noise. She reached the top and there,in the ceiling was the entrance to the attic, which you had to use a stick with a hook on the end,to pull the stairs down.Sarah remembered the note left by the Martin's instructing her not to go into the attic.Sarah checked out each and every room, which had taken the whole night to do."maybe it was just my imagination."she thought and just as she was about to go down stairs, she heard a shuffling sound. She turned around and listened. After a few minutes she was convinced that her mind was playing tricks on her.

The power was still out and she was becoming bored. She decided to take a look around, she returned upstairs and started with the first room, she knew she couldn't do them all, there just wasn't enough time.Sarah looked around the room and noticed some boxes.Sarah opened the first one annd found some very old photo albums,as she flipped through the pages, she noticed a picture of the Martin's,when they were younger.Mrs.Martin was holding a baby.
