There was a large pool in the middle of the room, and a small sub was sitting in the pool. I ran across the catwalk leading to the sub and stopped, staring inside its glass canopy. The sub was tiny, maybe six feet long four feet wide and three feet high. I knew somehow that it had an ionic drive system, with a thrust vectoring nozzle. The nose was blunt leading to the large glass canopy, and a huge dorsal fin rose behind the canopy. I thought for a second and realized there was an access panel by my right foot. I wondered for a second how I knew this but threw the thought to the wind figuring I didn't have the time. I popped open the panel and hit several of the buttons. I was incredible how I knew what to do. The canopy opened and I jumped in. A few more buttons and it was coming back down.

"Alright let me think, pre-dive check. Voltage, good. Specific gravity, good, alright, power on, pressure, good, drive, good, guidance, good, lock, disengaged, flooding the lock, shit here we go." I said to myself as I went through my pre-dive checks. I didn't know why or how I knew all of this but the important part was that I thought I may have a chance of escaping. The room flooded and the sub shot to the roof hitting the ceiling hard.

"Fuck buoyancy." I said flipping a few more switches and the sub sank back down. The lock opened and I took the sub out of the complex at full speed. No sooner had I cleared the tunnel than I saw a huge ship above me with hundreds of tiny probes spilling out of it. I tried to hug the ocean floor hoping they wouldn't see me but it didn't work. After a few seconds all of them came speeding in my direction. The first couple to reach me stopped short. They were little round things about the size of a basketball; five of them popped open revealing tiny little guns. My sub jerked and lost power. The five of them closed and then all of them swarmed around my sub. They pushed me up towards the larger sub and finally into an opening in it's belly. The doors slammed shut under me and the water quickly was pumped out of the room. My sub came to a rest on the floor. I forced open the canopy and climbed out. I stood staring at the door I was sure someone would walk through any second.

"Agent 265-4453-18-7 you are under arrest." A voice said from behind me. I turned around but there was nothing there. I hung my head and closed my eyes.

"Please follow the light to your cell." The voice said and a tiny glow appeared in front of me. I slowly followed it through the doors and down several cold black steel hallways. I walked into an open cell and sat down on the bed. I saw a flash across the opening to the hallway and knew I had just been trapped. I sat for a few moments in misery, not knowing what the future held for me, and scared to find out.

"Mr. Blackwell." A woman's voice said from in front of me. I lifted my head up from between my knees and saw a beautiful woman standing before me. She was about five foot seven, hair that was as dark as a moonless night. Her skin a fair white, her eyes a light blue. Her face was warm and inviting, and she just made me feel a bit better.

"My name is Elle." She said. Elle? No it couldn't be.
