Butterfly

In a trance, suffocating without life
Soulless being awaits her night
Catching a butterfly in a net
Slowly dieing if it's let
Alteration in the creatures mind
Seeking resolution and its mate to find
Bloody wings, hallow flesh
Life slowly slipping from its breast
Sweet torture, like attracted to the light
Deadly sin enclosed in heaven's might
As if to rescue own nihilism state
This winged creature suffers such a domestic fate
Trusting and wandered into this girl's hand
Thought to be safe, yet jailed upon its land
Reminded of a similar situation
Love mixed with ill intentions could but stun
Recidivism; could not learn their lesson
In a dream, crimson tears they run
For lead pill stopped all beating within
Ceasing all the betrayal, lies, and lost love that's been
