"Bobby vexed you, we could see that a mile off, you were irritated, even were it not etched upon your face your I-dent certainly betrayed you there. You also failed the leadership module, rather poorly I dare say. It was evident, from your heart rate and EEG readout, that when I mentioned going into the restricted laboratories you knew it was the wrong thing to do. So what did you do? You went to the washroom, washed your hands in a metaphorical sense, you walked away, and hung me out to dry. Would you have done this to all your co-workers Sebastian? Remember we value teamwork here, not craven children. Do you now see what your failings were?"

"…Eh, yeah…", Sebastian couldn’t believe it.

"Now, you have read through those preliminary documents carefully yes?"

"Of course."

"I mean this! You are familiar with all the clauses therein, yes?"

"Yes."

"Therefore you have consented to our non-disclosure agreement, I just wanted to make sure you are aware of this, ok?"

"Yes, I willingly accepted the terms, they were fair…"

"Yes, yes, enough! The interview is over, I don’t want to hear any more nauseating brown-nosing from you. All I need is assurance that you understand the following;

Our interview techniques are patented and I dare say, quite innovative. It is one of the reasons we retain the edge over our competitors, and bury them in the market place. Now by entering into this contract you have consented to keep these techniques secret. Breech of this contract, will of course, result in legal action. Do you understand all that I have said to you Mr Müller?"

"Yes sir."

"Good. The lovely Shauna will meet you at the same door you arrived through.

Thank you for your interest in the Vander Corporation™."
