Poems
- Vampire Flight

Vampire Flight
         by Ben Danby

by the horrors of day,
by the darkness of night.
after the downfall of dawn ,
they go on there flight.

looking for mortals,
of which they can feed.
one vampire stops,
he thinks he has been seen.

he jumps up behind them,
and wacks them round the head.
sucks out there blood,
until they are dead.

the people of town,
they run and they hide.
under beds and in cudboards,
until theres no vampires outside.

getting there meal,
the vampires fly back.
but then the medival army,
start to attack.

with the army surronding them,
theres nothing to do.
but with telepathic motion,
he gets out....."phew"

but there still on his tail,
he hides in some rags.
near a barrel of whiskey,
and a packet of fags.

there army comes in,
he runs for the door.
but then six gallons of gas,
falls on the floor.

he stays helpless,
what should he do.
they tied him too a post,
next too a shoe.

then it was called....
villagers cried with releif.
tommorw he'll burn.
for killing lifes and bieng a thief.

today was the day...
that he got slain.
and only memories...
is what will remain..
