In the year 2157, the world is a different place. The middle class has become virtually extinct and the days of personal achievement are long lost. Education has failed and the government has outgrown its useful life. Business Class has become the major player in politics and only the Clergy can compete. The government is doing all it can to keep the world stable but as business grows larger and larger they become more and more vulnerable. In an effort to keep the nation under control the government is forced to curb the abundant violence, control the growth of business and support the dollar---this however is enormous financial burden. And the government is failing.

Scott Shale, CEO of T-Corp has just acquired AT&T is now in control of 90% of the world's communication systems. He has become more influential than the government itself and has more employees, worldwide than the government has taxpayers. He has a solution, to the nations crisis---but it's one the government doesn't want. His solution will eventually crush them---leaving Scott in charge.

The first item on Scott's agenda---take control of OutPost. OutPost, a mining colony on the moon is currently under government control-used specifically for two reasons: one, to rid the nation of its violent and poor and uneducated people--- and two, destroy all lunar core crystals. These crystals are essential in Scott's bid to end the crisis---

But is he wrong. . . ?
