He then silently moved to the suit of armor that was behind the throne and slid it over revealing a wooden trap door. He swung the door open and climbed down the ladder, closing the door behind him. He ran down the cold tunnel, his boots making almost no noise against the ground. He moved through, trying not to notice the damp cold that filled the vile tunnel. He was relieved when he saw, about 5 feet in front of him, the end of the tunnel. He picked up a little speed and made it out of the tunnel.

He stopped, looking at the ground catching his breath, hands on his bent knees. He looked up at the sky and looked at the moon, which lit the dark night sky with its eerie white glow, looking around at his surroundings he noticed he was in a clearing, a hill was in front of him, and trees dotted the area around the hill. He took a closer look at the hill and noticed that the moon glinted off a shiny, silver object. Qu’el’velguk had a choice, check out the hill, or escape by the path marked on the map. He picked the obvious. He decided to check out the hill, it could be some forgotten treasure up there, and he would be the one to find it.

As he walked to the hill he heard a scream echoing through the tunnel. It was a female scream, and Qu’el’velguk figured this was the queen. A cold smile passed over his dirty, but plain, face. He continued to move up the side of the hill. When he reached the top he realized what he saw. It was the tip of a spear, carried by a soldier, and to the assassin’s dismay he could see many more. Sweat began to form on his face, and it dripped down towards his neck, taking dirt with it.

A man dressed in armor; colored of the darkest ebony stepped forward. The man’s short blonde hair blew around in the wind. His bold face showed no scars despite the uncountable battles he had fought in. The armor, at a closer glance, was not only black, but it where the different plates joined it was trimmed in silver. On his back was a black cloak, with silver around the edges, it was connected by a gold chain. In his right hand he held a sword. The sword had a steel blade with a golden hilt. The assassin gave a sigh of relief when he saw the soldier. This soldier was the one who hired him. But when the man in front of him spoke he knew he was horribly wrong.

"Stop right there criminal." The man in the armor took a deep breath. "We were lucky enough to see you sneaking into the castle, but unfortunately we were unable to stop you from murdering the king." The man gave a dark smile.

The assassin now began to worry. "What? What are you talking about? You are the on that..." The armored titan then snapped his fingers, Two guards Grabbed Qu’el’velguk’s arms and held them out. The assassin thought of ways he could get out, but came up with none.

Qu’el’velguk began to scream "Wait! You can’t do this! You are a monster!" The man in the armor held his sword straight out in front of him at waist level. He quickly jabbed the blade into the assassin’s lower body. As the assassin screamed he sawed upward through the man’s torso.
