Endless Cycle by Dia Elliott
An endless cycle
Of pain, defeat, torture
If you keep falling back into it
There won't be light in the future.
You've let me feel the good
And forced me to taste the bad
You once told me, solemnly, I thought
That I was all you had.
You lied, but that's okay
I guess you will be forgiven
The life I was given has turned cold
My love will be forsaken.
We'll play 'my game'
Over and over again
This time you will be the latter
I'll torture your heart till the end.
Although I loathe you with passion
You make me feel I've eaten razor blades
I still have a love for you
An eternal love that will never fade.
So now I come from defeat
Back into a happy place
How will you react
When you see my love scarred face?
