Wishes

There are things we wish to say in our lives,
But don't have the courage to say them.

There are things we wish to do in our lives,
But never will see through them.

There are people we wish to meet in our lives,
But won't go out to meet them.

There are foods we wish to try in our lives,
But can't get close to eat them.

There are places we wish to see in our lives,
But won't leave the safety to see them.

There are people wish to hurt us in our lives,
But we aren't so brave as to flee them.

There are people who wish to know Jesus in their lives,
Are you afraid to tell them?
