Shadows of the Past

Since the establishment of the Tchidaaren Imperium, the Daonid Empire has diminished. During the Charter Wars to claim new colonies, they struggled for domination. But the rapid spread of the humans cursed the aliens into loosing ground on political terms, territorial grounds, and population growth. While the Daonids drive to destroy humanity, the Tchidaaren humans have developed a weapon unstoppable by the insensitive Daonids; a weapon to enhance psi talents. Aptly titled Pandora, the weapon proves invaluable in battle and raises the hopes of the Tchidaaren leadership.

On the remote world of Gimea IV, Philip Cuinn races against time and his own doubts to uncover the mysterious artifacts that would answer the questions of his past. As one of a team of xeno-archeological students from New Senswix Academy of the Sciences, he has aided in uncovering an ancient civilization whose achievements ten thousand years earlier surpassed any known to his generation. Little does he suspect the long dead technology will lead him into the middle of a galactic feud and give him a first hand glimpse of the once-glorious world he and the others are unearthing.
