Seeming to have to be all natural and totally side effect-free, it is a huge hit and soon goes global, but before long it comes to the public eye that 'R' is not totally side effect-free. It is extremely addicting and also, as research furthers it is discovered that it is made from a certain decomposition fluid found only in the fermenting bodies of dead babies. The public is horrified, but unfortunaly 80 % of the population are already far too addicted...
