Europa. Meanwhile, back on Earth, his protege, freshman Congressman Vince
Miceli, works hard to win funding for further missions to Jupiter, finding
himself pursued by dark forces as he travels up and down the North American
West
Coast; exposing himself to mortal risk, he uncovers a secret connection between
those unknown forces imperiling him and the shocking finds in the Europan Sea,
which may indicate that humanity is not the first Intelligence to visit the
moons of Jupiter...
