Dark Love by Danica Hunter
In the night, away form the moonlight,
You are standing there watching me
As if you are protecting me.
At times I find a black rose by my bed
And it tells me that you still love
And care for me.
Everyday I go into town
to see if you have passed by
Or if anyone has seen you.
The reply is always the same, no.
But I have not lost hope,
For I am an Immortal
and i will never die,
So I will wait till the ends of time for you.
One night a noise wakes me,
Curious I go out to see you standing there.
I am so over come with joy that I can not move,
I can only stare at you.
You take me into your arms and we stand,
Locked in a passionate, vampiric kiss
Within the moonlight.
You pull away and look into my eyes,
"I have missed you." you say.
"I too have missed you."
I say as tears come to my eyes.
You have come,
You have come home to me...
My D.
