She took a good long look at the man that had taken and will take her life. His long white hair flowed over his shoulders. His skin was dark, almost a brown, drawing the contrast from his locks. His broad shoulders and muscular arms made for an all too menacing look. The black leather he wore fit perfectly over the curves of his muscles and over the curves of his body in general. She looked into his eyes. If the fact that he had no pupils, no color what so ever, in his eyes didn’t frighten her, what she saw there did. There was no remorse in this man’s eyes. He had just killed the one thing she loved in this world and he didn’t care. He didn’t even react.

"If you ever loved me… then leave! Don’t’ waste you life here, I will not die in vain! Run, woman!" Galyth’s words rang in her mind.

She decided then that she would run, train and at a later date find and kill this man. Hate came to the front of her eyes and the man looked pleased, "Ooh! Gaining some fire are we? I like this!" He picked up his sword and turned his back, "I give you twenty strides to run as fast as you can, if I find you again I will kill you. Now go!" He started walking away from her calling out numbers as he stepped.

She sat there, wondering what to do! She could never kill this man he moved to quickly, but she realized that if she didn’t run now, she would never have the chance to do so! She picked herself up then and vowed to kill this man no matter what it took.

That was then…

Now she ran after him, he ran amongst the people probably attempting to lose her. She wouldn’t let herself be lost. She had trained for five years for the chance that was almost here. She would kill this man, using everything she had. Even if it meant her life. The man slipped into an alleyway. She followed slowly, expecting him to lash out at her when she turned the corner. There was no lash, and there was no man.

She ran further down the alley until she heard a voice, "Why do you pursue me, young one? Have you not better things to do? You look at me with contempt in your eyes and chase after me as if you had nothing else to do in the world but to catch me."

"Maybe I don’t!" She stated calmly.

"Those are serious words, my dear!" He yelled, she heard a sound behind her and turned to see the man standing there, "What will you do?" He stared hard at her.

Ignoring the tears that wanted to form in her eyes she calmly stated, "I want you to die! You took from me all that I was! Now I will rid the world of you…"

He looked at her. He didn’t know how to react, never once had someone stood up to him… it thrilled him! His body started to tremble, he loved it finally a challenge!

Kiti pulled her scimitars free. She had practiced for years with two weapons. She was ready for this moment. She had been ready for it, now was her chance.

She lunged forward crossing her blades in front of herself, thrusting them toward his abdomen. His blade was out faster than any she had seen. Down came his blade, crossing in front of him to counter the twin scimitars. Kiti saw the counter and parted her swords, both going to each side and piercing his leather armor on both shoulders. The man just laughed.
