Iam What I Am by Lady Lover
You may not like the way I glide my hips
You may not like the way I lick my lips
You may not like the way I roll my eyes
You may not like the way I tell my lies
You may not like the way I snap my fingers
You may not like the way my face looks when my mind lingers
You may not like the way I smile and grin
You may not like the way I nod my chin
You may not like my confidence when I speak
You may not like my fierceness when I'm weak
You may not like the way I suck my teeth
You may not like the way I stomp my feet
You may not like me as I am
As I am you may not like
But I am what I am
If you please to like or dislike
If you please to criticize or despise
If you may, may you, you may
For I am what I am!
