Ramon just stood there then slowly turned and walked the other direction. I could here her footsteps slowly fade off in the distance.

Ok... now that, that thing or girl or whatever is was is gone, I can get back to....

"Wait! Willow!! Maybe I can help!" Ramon said. I could hear her footsteps quickly getting louder as she approached me again.

"And how exactly can you help me. For one, you're much to small and you could get lost easily. Two, I don't have a clue who you are, and therefore naturally do not trust you. And three, I don't want or need any company or help."

Ramon just stared at me. Tears quickly gathered in her eyes and slowly ran down her cheeks, leaving glistening white streaks down her face.

"How old are you anyways?" I asked

"I'm, I - I'm, only seven." She said, now crying.

"There, you see. Your parents would get worried about you. I'm going to be gone a really long time."

"I, I, er.., don't have a - any, any parents."

Great, I thought, just wnat I needed to hear, something to make me feel really sorry for her. Jeeze, first tears, now this.

"Willow, how old are you," she asked while whiping away her tears.

"I'm 17, I really don't want a baby - sitting job right now, I've really got to be going."

"Well, can't I at least walk with you for a little while?" she asked in a quiet voice.

What do I say, what do I say....???

"I guess you can. Come on, lets go."

With that said, we started walking to the place I didn't even know existed but only a few hours ago. The place that I didn't even know existed, but I guess with a little company along the way, literally, it wont take as long.
