Poems
- Who Am I

Who Am I
         by Danielle Mclean

come, come, come into my world
please stay with me
come come dont go yet
coz the day is young to let it be

hey u promised me everything remember
words i trusted coz they were tender
Devious, yet beautiful, full of wonder
Said you will be with me, till days yonder

your friendship is very important
Without it, you said u would be impotent
although u are far, so so distant
U reminisced and thought of me every time, every instant

was it true? was it true?
were it tricks of words, lies,
or was it all pure, like the morning dew
Especially when u said "I Love You"

Convince me more and more
Because here Im standing, waiting for
Some standing, as you stamped and tore
my fooliSh heart, Sick, Sick and sore
