Ghostly Encounters (2 ratings)
         by Erwin Quah

I saw an old lady in the mirror
She was as pale as pale could be
I saw an old lady in the mirror
She was looking straight at me

She smiled at me then disappeared
Leaving me and my reflection
She smiled at me then disappeared
But I knew it wasn't just my imagination

For I had seen her ghostly figure
I had seen it twice before
The first time I saw her figure
Was when she stood by my bedroom door

And just the other night
I thought I saw her in the kitchen
But when I walked on in
She vanished like a vision

Should I be afraid of her?
She's done no wrong towards me
Should I be afraid of her?
I think not for I see no reason to be
