Silent in-trud'er (6 ratings) by Eric R.
Branches sway and leaves fall
Casting shadows forward then back
Pupils change from large to small
As the sun begins to mount
A flourescent glow fills the sky
And around the tips of leaves above
Shadows shift from here to there
Making sight an unreliable sense,
But my eyes have focused
I've obtained the intruder: my Elven love.
