Asher wrapped his arms over her petite form in a brotherly embrace.  I don't know, Andrea.  I don't know.  Returning his sympathetic motion, her small, skinny arms were unable to reach fully around him.  Ethina rested her hand on the twitching girl's shoulder for reassurance.

Extremely touching, eh Valtor? asked Sabre, mocking what he saw from far away.  He'd been watching the whole scene unfold.

Valtor jeered at them, HA!  HA!  HA!  This just proves how truly weak they are!!  The Lieutenant continued, It appears that you are losing this war because you hold so dear to the ideals of love and friendship!  Don't you know that THAT type of restraint in battle is a sign of weakness?

The whole time, Zaiga remained motionless and silent.  He only stared coldly through the slots of his mask.  Quietly, he listened and watched eagerly.

Nothing to say, kids?  Why not?  YOU'VE BEEN STANDING THERE FOR TOO LONG!  Let's get on with it already, said Sabre.  The Quest Holders remained quiet, only the shifting of their eyes showed that they were aware.

Valtor ran a hand over his spiked blue hair.  It's all over for you!  You cannot defeat us!!

The General fixed his black gloves and wiped the rain off, shaking his hand.  Do you still believe that someone will save you?  Who'll save you, now?!  The mighty Rapier is gone and has at last fallen!  Face it, YOU'RE FINISHED!!

THAT'S IT!  Enraged, Asher clamped his fingers over his blade handles.  Unable to take anymore of their comments, he ascended towards the clouds.  Come on, you wanna a piece of me?!  LET'S GO, NOW!!   Ninja, this is for you . . . 'man'!

Before Andrea or Ethina could stop him, Asher was already blazing a trail for the Demon Knights.

Asher?  Wait, you cannot go yet!  ASHER!! called Ethina to her Prince.  Clouded with rage, the words didn't reach his ears.   Andrea, let us be off, too!  We shall end it here!! She looked at her, a glowing smile as always.  Do not worry.  We can do this!  Andrea nodded in agreement and followed the Princess into battle (even though victory seemed hopeless).

This should prove amusing, mused Sabre, watching Asher streak towards him.  HERE I COME!  Kid, I'll show you the true meaning of POWER!!  GRAAWWWR!  Leaping into the air, he was of in a resonating blast of red light.

Asher and Sabre split the air, rapid as bolts of lightning.  Flying at top speed, their fierce, aerial battle created a brilliant show of red and orange lines that danced on a gloomy back backdrop.  Each time they met, they exchanged blows and thrusted away, only to loop around for another go.  Two red and orange blazing comets streaked insanely about, too fast for most eyes to see.

Down on the ground, watching the battle unfold, Zaiga remained voiceless and still.  His dark eyes watched and followed every move, fixed on every change in their position.  Valtor, too, kept an eye on the fight.

The Lieutenant raised an eye, Ha!?  Foolish girls.  You dare face me?  HA!

Asher was taking a ruthless beating.  Sabre was too fast, too agile for him.  His large, bulky muscles slowed him down, keeping him from landing a single blow on the General.

Executing a powerful lunge, Asher thrusted the points of his swords at Sabre's head.  The agile General shifted in a flurry of lines, and disappeared.  He missed and the momentum kept Asher charging forward.  What the?  He scanned the area for his enemy.  Turning to his left, Sabre materialized in front of him, and a vicious laugh left his mask, licking his lips.  A red orb of energy was inches from Asher's face.
