Poems
- Are You Ever Coming Back?

Are You Ever Coming Back?
         by Bella Riley

I'm leaving behind all my childish fears.
All the memories we shared are slowly fading away.
Fading away like all the times you slowly disapeared.
You left me here, all alone.
Without a purpose or direction.
It was your love that kept me going daily.
Each time you left me I cried a thousand tears.
When you came back my heart still ached.
I wondered why?
But now I know it was because I knew you would just go and break my heart once again.
Make me drown in the river of tears that I've cried over you.
All the memories I have of you are of you walking out on me.
Leaving me to die.
Wondering how long you're gone for this time?
A week, a month, a year?
Maybe this time you're never coming back.
I have to face my childish fears and leave you behind.
I'll try to remember the good times we had together, but they are very few.
