Suddenly a horrifying experience was turned into a warm, friendly conversation. The woman apparently didn't even consider the fact that she was talking to the walking dead, and that fact didn't appear to bother the man either. Conversation went on long into the night along with the cheery glow of the fire. Much later they said their goodbyes, and the man left her home. She would never again see him, but she had comforted him, and he decided he could finally rest. She never had another experience like it again, and she would of course not tell her friends...they would never believe her. As she prepared to slip into her bed, she thought she heard a one-word chant wafting up from below.

"Perfectus!"

Latin Translation:

"Demon nearing! Demon nearing!"

"Ghost of the past nearing!"

"Death awaits you! Death awaits you! Danger nearing! Danger nearing!"

"Flee danger! Flee demon! Run! Run! Run! Run!"

"Finished!"
