With great strength he sent it spiraling to the ground, flew down, and bit off all of it's heads with a immense bite of his great jaws. Larenmore came charging out of the varlits capitol with his sword unsheathed that seemed to glow with a fiery aura. He decapitated the first necromancer to approach him. Where the laceration lay on the necromancer’s neck, the skin was charred. Then, with nothing more than a wink of his eye, he shot lighting into another that chained along the entire group of enemies that threatened him. After the battle was over the varlits who had survived the attack fled and scattered into the surrounding mountains and forests. Many flars were killed, but the varlits were finally defeated, at least for them being organized under a ruler.

The flars returned to Norit with great speed and with the mirth of the glorious victory over the varlits. When they returned to Clyfindar they were praised and honored with a great feast and many celebrations. As for Larenmore Dystral, he became the first flar to be knighted in a thousand years of Clyfindar’s time. Roxthar became the head of the Magic School for Flars and the general of all military wizards. Lastly, Tarlik became an ally of the flars and promised to help them out if they ever need it. Thus the trio was honored and returned to their homes, whether newly found or old. For those who died a great monument was erected in the courtyard of the Flarish Royal Palace. Another monument in the honor of the trio, was a statue of Larenmore with his mystical feather in his hat, of Roxthar casting a spell of great force, and of Tarlik standing up with his massive jaws open, preparing to blow a great blast of fire. It stood forever reminding the flars of their great courage and the their deed.
