Rose Colored Glasses by Tony
She lives her life
that prepy girl.
Always positive
Always cheery
So helpful
So hopeful
She sees the world for what it's not.
She's so fortunate
and others are not.
So she decides
she'll go help out
by making sandwiches
and by serving soup.
She sees the world for what it's not.
So now the worlds in peace
and loving harmony.
Babies don't cry from hunger
and their mothers don't cry from rape.
Their fathers never die from war
and still she doesn't know that
she sees the world for what it's not.
