Infinite Vibrations (2 ratings)
         by Mark Wells

INFINITE VIBRATIONS

Eyes cant see subtle shades
Infinite vibration spectrums played.
A nose so sharp whiskers flick,
Scenting, probing, particles stick.
Ears so attuned a pin could fall,
And still be heard in the dancing squall.
As I stand looking out to sea,
I felt miniscule but utmost free.
Fur so wet but my body was warm,
Head cocked as I watched the storm.
Silky threads of lightning pass,
A firework display naturally cast.
Extending my snout a salty breeze,
I disappear into the canopy trees.
Cloaked in nature shaking dry,
I sit and howl at the angry sky.
Voluptuous moon, dazzling beams,
Almost answered my howling screams.
Attuned senses in the mystical wood,
The moon above looked and understood.
Energies, fusion, in a stormy dimension,
Howls just added to the growing tension.
Then a ball of brilliant light does fall,
Into the sea, squall now a wall.
Tainted environment wall of cold,
Encased the wood my body rolled.
Howls became gurgles as I fought for air,
Spinning, tumbling, eyes started to stare.
Ever expanding the siren spread,
Weaving foreword a destructive thread.
The moon looked on as if unaware,
As the powerful force continues to tare.
But what has landed in the sea?
And taken my life that was utmost free?
A lump of rock deep from the blackened glove,
Or maybe a spacecraft damaged from above.
Unmoving thoughts to send us shivers,
Ghostly howls, vibrations spectral quiver.
