Words, Musings and Ruminations...

Yes...I'm still alive!

Well here it is December already - time enough for another blog entry/update me thinks. :)

So, what's been happening? Well, I'm glad you asked really. First of all, my wife and I have recently returned from a vacation in the United States - California to be exact. Had a great time and saw lots of fun things, like Disneyland, Universal Studios, Fishermans Wharf etc. etc.

Also, my new novel, Bortag's Curse has finally hit the streets, and response so far has been pleasing. It's a companion novel to my Erebus Equilibrium series, in case anyone was wondering.

So, now it's almost the festive season. What better time then to wish all the members here a safe and happy holiday season and a prosperous 2006. (Just in case I don't get back to this blog before year's end.)

Ooops...it's been a while...

Where does the time go?

Anyway, not much to report. Still trying to finish my latest novel, and I have a short story appearing in issue 88 of AntipodeanSF, which should be around September this year I think.

Cheers, for now...

It's done!

We're exhausted, but the move is finally complete. I think we were only off the air for about 10 hours at most. :)

The last box has just been unpacked.

So, basically it's business as usual again, but in a new location of course.

Not long now...

Well, it appears that March 22nd will be the day of the big move. Right now we're up to our ears in boxes and packaging paper. I'd forgotten how stressful moving house was! :)

On the move...

Well it appears to be all systems go and a move appears imminent now that our property is sold. More news as it happens. :)
