I'm with Anette in the parallelism of this story with the history of the Catholicism.

Perhaps, this book isn't the most graceful but you MUST to read it by the dialogues between the God and his believer.

If you have never read nothing of Pratchett, please, read anyone of his books, you will not regret.

Okay. I just, and I mean JUST, finished the Small Gods by Terry Pratchett. It' AMAZING!!The combination of satire with sometimes sadness, and the parallelism of the Omnian religion to Christianity/Catholicism is quite amazing. The philosophy, the language, the setting, the jokes, the plot, the.... I could go on forever! Basically, my point is that people should READ THIS DAMN BOOK!! okay. I'll stop.
