Smoke and Mirrors is a collection of short stories written by the acclaimed author of the Sandman Series.  There are a wide variety of short stories in this book, ranging from when he was a youthful writer to his recent writings.  The book includes an introduction which gives a brief history of each short story and it also includes a short story that has never been published before.  The gripping tales range from a rendition of a classic children's tale, to an erotica tale that he once wrote for a friend's short stories book.  His writing styles vary from poetry to elaborate stories that will blow your mind.  Neil Gaiman is a spectacular writer and this book shows his varying talents.
