I loved the 'Dragon Queen' as it was fast-paced, full of excitement, plenty of suspense and with a very good storyline and character development. The 'Raven Warrior' however, I found very slow with far too much unnecessary material and very little in the way of a storyline, excitement or suspense. It appeared to just be a very long way of setting the scene for a third book which would deal with the lives of Guinevere, Arthur and Lancelot, now that they have been united. I also found it totally unnecessary to introduce all the graphic sex into this book that wasn't present in the first one. Again, it just seemed to be another device used to pad the book out.
