To ride Pegasus by Anne McCaffrey

This is Anne McCaffrey's first foray into the world of Talent. For those of you who have read The Rowan and Damia first this book is a nice prequel to the tower and the hive series. The book, set in the late 1990's goes into detail about the first emergence of Talent among humans. If you’re looking for the story of where Talent came from this does an excellent job of explaining. If this is your first look at the Talent series then it’s an awesome starting off point. On a whole this is a brilliant book and shows why Anne is such an amazing author.
