Twists you may usually consider to be unthinkable…think again. Anyone with an imagination and a love for good story-telling will find that this book exceeds all expectations. It’s fantastically futuristic and causes the mind to advance into an unknown world that also happens to be the one we live in. If done correctly, producing this story in other formats, like film, would be an amazing continuation of the book. The author, A Murti Schofield, was also the lead writer for Tomb Raider VI-The Angel of Darkness so it’s not an unlikely suggestion. If it is reformatted, I wouldn’t be surprised if its popularity rivals Tomb Raiders’ or the likes of Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter. The excitement induced by the combination of interesting characters, challenging concepts and the thrill-filled, fast-paced action, the allure of The Empty Land will be vastly appealing to a wide audience.
