Zoe's Tale by John Scalzi

I found this book to be lousy retelling of a story he already told in the first three books of the Old Man's War series. I would no recommend this book to someone who has read the first three books as it kind of soured my taste for the first three. Old Man's War was great, even if it is a bit of a retelling of Starship Troopers. The next three didn't hold up as well and this made me give up his work entirely, I felt ripped off by the book. Zoe's Tale is a retelling of the other books from the perspective of the little girl Zoe, and doesn't offer much in the way of new story. Boo!
