I think this is one of the best books I have ever read. You can not put it down. I have read it like 10 times. it entwines you into the book; you have to finish it. You can see the characters talking and acting out. It's mystery and fantasy plus a little romance. Every girl teen should read it!

I just recently bought this book and ever since I read the first page I couldn't put it down. I thought it was such deep description that I could just see Jessica, Aubrey, Caryn, and Fala right infront of me. I loved reading it.

I have never read a book so completely spellbinding and magnificent. The fact that she is so near my age only adds to the books superiority in science fiction books today. Since I read Demon in my view, a book series that I had been enjoying is now nothing and I doubt I will continue reading it because it was a waste of time and it causes me to space about and become detached. now I know the value a good literature and Amelia Atwater-Rhodes is as good as it gets.

This is Rhodes second book you meet a new character named Jessica a gothic teen at ramsa high Amelia portrays this interesting character very well and is my favorite character out of all her books. You also return to Aubry portrayed in the first book as a villain he is more of a good guy he finds himself falling for a human (Jessica) and well you'll see.

Wow, okay, I read her book a year ago in one day, seeing as my friend would not let me take it home. I had already read the first one, so I had big expectations. She still blew me away. I am reading it again, and I still can't get over my love for Aubrey, and Jessica, she kicks butt!! I had to admit that when I found out how old she was when she published her first book I nearly cried. I have been writing for as long as I can remember, and I have 3 or 4 vampire stories going, along with so many other things it isn't funny I am 17, and I still haven't gotten anything published except in my school magazine. Big whoop. Well, back to her review. She drove me to write more, and I can't wait to steal her third book from my friend, "Shattered Mirror".
