Page 2 of 4 Shattered Mirror by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes
Submitted by Muerte (Apr 04, 2003)This book is awesome. I didn't like it quite as much as Demon in My View, but its still a great book. It shows that the world isn't just black and white, good and evil. There are grey spots everywhere. I also like the poetry in it. It was really beautiful. I also have always liked vampires and witches so people seem to think of me as weird.

All her stories are just so exciting that you can't put them down. They're stories you can sink your teeth into. I love her books. Submitted by Kate (Feb 11, 2003)I thoroughly enjoyed the descriptive tale that unfolded between the pages of this book. Not only were the characters completely believeable, but I found that they had distinct personalities and didn't, as with some more well-known vampire books, switch personalities mid-book. I would and have suggested this book to anyone with imagination, and some without. Submitted by Mabel (Jan 19, 2003)Personally I found this book really good.I mean the characters were developed in such a way that it doesn't reveal everything staight away but instead we would have to dig to find out.I think it's a really good attempt on Rhodes to write something that is actually realistic and honest. The fact that it touched about the subject of the greys in the supposedly black and white world of the vampires gave the readers alot to think about. How things are not always as it seems on the surface, not what we always believed in.The work of Rhodes is definitely something that is to be applauded for.
