This book was wonderful, a piece of art. Joanne made the politics interesting. Loved the romance between the main characters (Linden & Marynna). Joanne Bertin blends detailed action in as well. This is a great book that really is a great fantasy.

I thought that this book was great! The characters were well thought-out and very easy to like. The story was so well written, it was like you were in there with the characters.

The Last Dragon Lord is the first book this author has published and she is currently working on a sequel. The book is absolutely wonderful! Great reading! I thought that it would be kinda dull being her first novel. Boy was I wrong! The book just kept me going wanting to see what's next. It's very vivid and she has great character developement. I felt like I was right there experiencing first hand. The ending was not extremely powerful but the reading was so much pure pleasure it didn't matter. I'm looking forward to her sequel.
