We picked up my somewhat aged edition of Tailchaser's Song in a school fair, and after reading the novel once, I wondered why the previous owners wanted to sell it! Tailchaser's Song is a brilliant fantasy, but it leads you to believe that there is a world based around cats out there somewhere. I found myself close to tears in the sad parts, while grinning unstoppably at the others, and flicking through the book in horror when I'd finished, thinking "Surley this will keep going!" All that I can say is that Tailchaser's Song is a book beyond brilliance, and that if you do buy this book and read it, you'll never want to let it go.

I have just finished reading TAILCHASER'S SONG and, although I believed that it was a bit odd at first, I quickly decided that it was among the best books that I have ever read. I have yet to read more of Tad William's books, but I will enjoy them all, I'm sure. The main thing that I liked about this book was that he incorporated the realism of cats very well, yet he created a story with a plot that was extremely shocking at times. Over all, this is one of my favorite books.

This book is amazing! I can never look at my cat the same way ever again...ever. I mean, wow...talk about a book that needs a sequel. Mister Tad Williams, sir, please please PLEEEASE write a sequel to this. I really wish (and not just me) to know what happens to Tailchaser! I mean, we can just sense that he's about to set off on another adventure! And who knows... maybe Firefoot will meet with Tailchaser again, I can smell it! This book is an excellent read and I recommend it to anyone who loves: cats, fantasy, adventure, and even humor!

I loved Tailchaser's song! I'm only 13, but I've read a lot of books and this is one of the best books I've ever read! I have two cats of my own,and it makes me wonder if my cats have their own community and religions. The characters are so cool, and he describes them so well that you can accually picture them! But I think I speak for all of his fans when I say that he needs to make a sequel to it.I mean,we need to know what happens to Tailchaser! What does he do after he leaves Hushpad? I think I can already guess what he does, but Tad still needs to make a sequel. Other then that,Tailchaser's Song is great for people of all ages to read!

This is my favourite book in the world! The myth is so complex and realistic, it's very difficult to read the book without believing it all to be true. Tad's attention to detail is outstanding and his characters are amazing and believable. Gripping, read it!!!! :)
