I think that this book is a wonderfuly written story. His sheer imagination of a city, Armengar, that sat on a slop to help protect itself, had 30 foot thick walls, and houses with flat rooftops for archers. Also his imagination and creativity of Tomas, the part human part Valheru, is spectacular. Tomas is most likly the most imaginative character in all of the stories that I've ever read and also the magician Pug is a wonderful character.
