Page 1 of 1 Blood of the Fold by Terry Goodkind
Submitted by Erin (Dec 18, 2002)This book has totally captured my attention as well as my imagination. Terry Goodkind is wonderful author. His way of discribing events and people is mind-blowing. I have yet to finish "The Blood of the Fold," but so far this book is magnificent! Once I pick it up it takes me hours to put it down! I'm so excited that it is only book 3. That means I have quite a few books left to read! The Sword of Truth series contains by far the best books I've ever read! If someone asks me for a good book to read, the first to come to mind is The Sword of Truth. I would suggest reading these books to anyone. When I sat back and thought about it, the events in the books somewhat remind of reality; the world around me and the events that were taking place in it. So, this fantasy novel for me actually reflects reality (minus wizards throwing fire and creating lightning and the gars and invisible mriswith). To finally conclude my review, if you are looking into these books, look no farther, just read them! They will take you far away from the chair you sit in. :) Submitted by Danielle (Aug 17, 2001)This book, like all the others, left me waiting for more, I've driven myself mad! =0)~ It was a great book, your heart would just twist in anguish when you knew something Richard didn't, you would want to slap him for his stupidity for not seeing it!! I don't like giving away endings or really any part of a book, so my recommendation is read it! It's great! =0) Submitted by Anonymous (Nov 20, 2000)Blood of the Fold by Terry Goodkind is a fun read. He shows the details of a world nearing its end and the politics and struggles involved to maintain what is left. I enjoyed it thoroughly since it forces the character to endure the forces of darkness, which forces the reader to endure the "mundane" world they live in themselves.
