Garth Nix has written an incredibly exciting and breath taking series with the reader being drawn right into the world of the old kingdom. Reading this series was quite fascinating as Garth Nix brought the world of magic together with the world of technology. Although all the books in this series were individually exquisit I would have to say in my opinion that the 3rd book of the series (Abhorsen) is the best of the 3. I can't wait for Garth Nix next series which is the Keys to the Kindom I believe. Well I can't expect anything less than perfection from this series as well.

The whole trilogy is so beautifully written, and the characters are so alive and real. I like that there is humor--subtle, but it's there, which makes it even better.

I liked it enough to buy even the audio book of Sabriel (read by Tim Curry--he's really good! i recommend it!).

I've reread the books thrice already, and it was beautiful every time. It's very... exciting, and it really makes you think... and feel.
