Biography

Chris Claremont was born in London, England on November 30th, 1950 and is the Editorial Director of Marvel Comics, aswell as one of the bestselling comic book writers in the world. For seventeen years he wrote Marvel's The Uncanny X-Men in which time the series sold in excess of 100 million copies. Claremont is the co-creator of several top-selling Marvel series such as Excalibur, Wolverine, New Mutants and Captain Britain. He currently writes Marvel's flagship title, The Fantastic Four
