Biography

Born on July 17th, 1954, in Paterson, New Jersey, Joseph Michael Straczynski is the creator, executive producer and chief writer for television series Babylon 5. Aswell as extensive TV credits including; The New Twilight Zone and He-Man Masters of the Universe, Straczynski (who uses the name J. Michael Straczynski or simply JMS) has created award-winning series Supreme Powers and Rising Stars. He has also had runs on Fantastic Four and Silver Surfer plus an extended run on The Amazing Spiderman.
