Back to poem

Submitted by Silver spoon (Mar 30, 2010)

A tragic begining.. The cock crows to remind "another day has arrived", The clock is a step faster then my own frail ones The usual skipping of breakfast and rush on the local train, The indian summer with it's warmth and a boss to remind "U r late" Another same day in office and an extra late hour without praise..... Alas....... The tragic day is over.... Exhausted, I light a cigarette and puff my worries off. The day is over and the smoke smokes my short life off a bit shorter But my life is already cutt short by my life itself So what if my friend between my fingers take a share, In return it makes..... A happy ending......
