Back to story

Nice dark world you have here. The atmosphere of torment and sacrifice is weighs heavily on the mind. You've given a very dark beginning of the story with a slight hint of hope for the main character. Interesting mixing of elements from Clive Barker's Hellraiser series as well as Margaret Atwood's Handmaid's Tale. You take the elements and have woven them into a unique vision that is entirely its own creation. The only thing I found I would have toned down on(and this may be merely my own taste) Is that you were describing the captors quite well, but it was almost too much detail at times-but then this may be my own preference and is not meant as a "bad thing" Looking forward to the next chapter!
