Saviour by Willow Thyme

When the sunrise comes
And the birds are waking
Shadows will crawl
The sun they are hating.

One last snatch they make
To capture my soul
But my saviour shall come
And keep me whole.

He'll hold me close
And keep back the fear
And ever so gently
Whisper in my ear.

"Fear not, my love
I'll stay with you
To protect your being
No matter who."

So as one we live
In hope of calm
Til the end of our days
No one do us harm.
