The wise man by Tia Voth

Use to walk down the road
Not on the side,
I followed the middle lines
Then he came and opened my eyes
Showed me that I've lived a lie

I let the wise man tell me
He changed my life completely
Never thought I could do it
No more do I think to die

Never was there a second glance
Only looks of pure disgust
I would fall for only lust
Then he came and opened my eyes
Showed me that I've lived a lie

His teachings to be learn
Forever they will be passed
Almost as if it was his task.
When he came he opened my eyes
Showed me that I used to live a lie

I let the wise man tell me
He changed my life completely
Never thought I could do it
No more do I think to die
