Cancer by Tia Voth

So quickly life becomes precious.
Taken away in the blink of an eye.
Never know what you have,
Until it disappears.
Remembering every breath they took,
All the things they ever said,
And all the things you never said back.
The tears never seem to stop.
A continuous flow of hurt.
Even years later you wonder,
Why did I never tell them I loved them.
